About Me
My name is AJ Castillo and I am a freshman in college studying Aerospace Engineering with a minor in space. For my whole life I have been fascinated with the idea of humans living on the moon, and exploring the planets beyond.
My Experience
Despite my relatively young age, I have accumulated substantial experience in various STEM-based fields. Beginning with my involvement in FIRST Robotics, I acquired hands-on manufacturing skills and honed my ability to collaborate within a team. Simultaneously, I served as an educator, imparting essential STEM skills, including computer programming and 3D printing, to young students. Presently, I am employed as a CNC machinist at CU Boulder's manufacturing center.
